Madison Marquette, a premier national real estate investment, development and management firm, announced the appointment of George H. Ladyman, Jr., as Business and Experience Director for their 1.5-mile long beachfront project in Asbury Park, NJ. Mr. Ladyman’s responsibilities will include leading Madison’s efforts to enhance and extend the retail, dining, event and entertainment offerings along the Asbury Park Boardwalk.

Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Mr. Ladyman was Managing Director of JLL’s Northeast Region Project and Development Group where he led a team that managed over 450 projects annually, valued at more than $7B. Mr. Ladyman also served as VP Projects, Real Estate for Time Warner working on such renowned projects as Time Warner Center, TW Le France and Inside CNN Studio Tour. He also headed Time Warner’s Six Flags Theme Park design and Development department overseeing all of their asset development, design and construction.
Mr. Ladyman is also a distinguished educator who has held adjunct professor/lecturer positions with Pratt Institute, Urban Land Institute, New York University and CIDA. He received his MBA from Columbia University, a B.S. in Industrial Design from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR.
