Daniel P. Meyers Joins Madison Marquette As Senior Vice President

Madison Marquette is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel P. Meyers as Senior Vice President for Project Management. In this role, Mr. Meyers will focus on Madison Marquette’s Seattle-based assets – with a primary focus on Pacific Place, downtown Seattle's 335,000 sq. ft. of premiere retail. “Daniel brings an extraordinary background in development management to Madison Marquette,” said Eric Hohmann, President of Madison Marquette. “His near two-decade experience in overseeing the redevelopment of some of Seattle’s most iconic projects have made him a national leader in innovative design, merchandising and construction.”

Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Mr. Meyers served as Senior Vice President for Design and Construction with Kemper Development Company where he was involved with all aspects of planning, design, permitting and construction for the renovation and expansion of Bellevue Square, and the development of Lincoln Square, a multi-phased four tower mixed use project in downtown Bellevue. At Sclater Partners Architects, he was responsible for retail, office and housing management operations.

Pacific Place occupies five-levels of retail, restaurant and entertainment in the heart of downtown Seattle. Connected to Nordstrom's flagship store via a short skybridge, Pacific Place offers parking for both properties along with some 50 stores including Barneys New York, Tiffany & Co., Kate Spade New York, Lululemon, Club Monaco and Barnes & Noble.  The property also features popular restaurants and an eleven screen AMC Theater complex. “Having spent the majority of my professional career in and around the Seattle area, it is a distinct privilege to join Madison Marquette and to have the opportunity to shape some of Seattle’s most iconic centers – including Pacific Place,” said Mr. Meyers. “I look forward to working closely with Madison Marquette’s expert retail services team and also to leveraging off the company’s deep management and development bench." Mr. Meyers is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Land Institute. He is a graduate of Washington State University's School of Architecture.
