Salime Yacoubi

As Managing Director, Investments, Salime focuses on leveraging the firm’s capabilities to expand into niche real estate sectors, with a current focus on healthcare real estate. As part of his responsibilities, Salime also focuses on building strategic relationships with sovereigns, institutions and sophisticated family offices in the Middle East and South East Asia. Salime brings almost two decades of experience originating, executing and raising capital for complex real estate transactions in multiple asset classes. Salime has also held key leadership roles in the creation and structuring of several general partnerships, co-mingled funds and investment programs in partnership with leading sovereign and institutional real estate investors globally.

Before joining Madison Marquette, Salime was a Principal at GulfWorld Partners where he advised several international institutions on programmatic real estate investments in the US. Before that, Salime lived in the G.C.C. where he held senior positions with several sovereign-related institutions.

Salime received a B.S. from the University of Colorado and an MBA from The George Washington University. He is an active member of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). He lives with his family in Northern Virginia.
