Wade Bowlin is President, Property Services, Central Division of Madison Marquette. Prior to the June 2018 merger of Madison Marquette and PMRG, Wade served as President, Central Division of PMRG.
As President of PMRG’s Central Division, Wade Bowlin was responsible for all aspects of the division’s operations, including providing critical support for leasing, property and construction management initiatives as well as new business development and client relations for PMRG’s portfolio of office, retail, medical and industrial properties; a portfolio that totals over 65 million square feet.
Mr. Bowlin brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate with the last 25 years involved in the Houston Market. He has been responsible for the lease negotiation of many large transactions of over 100,000 square feet such as Shell Oil Company, Jacobs Engineering, EPCO, Conoco Phillips, BP Amoco, Litton Loan Servicing, Burlington Resources, CAL-Dive, Sasol, NRG and STM Mortgage to name a few. Mr. Bowlin has personally averaged over 60 lease transactions per year for every year he has been in commercial real estate.
Mr. Bowlin has been named a “Power Broker” by the CoStar Group over the past several years and one of Houston’s “Heavy Hitter’s” by the Houston Business Journal since its inception. In 2015, Mr. Bowlin was named the top office landlord broker by the Houston Business Journal.
Mr. Bowlin is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
